Construction of plinth protection is important for protecting foundation. This should be done with concrete (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 stone aggregate). Proper slope is to be given so that water flows towards the open surface drain which is to be constructed along the compound wall.

Horticulture/garden works are to be done as per landscaped drawing. Proper speices/type of plants are to be selected and planted.
